RECEIVING YOUR CLASSIC PLUS+CARD ORDER

Have your Classic Plus+Card mailed to your address by selecting this option duing checkout (allow 1 to 2 weeks delivery). You can also pick up your order in person by showing your order receipt at our resort, our Calgary office, or Experience Lake Louise. Online orders cannot be picked up at partner resorts.

ACTIVATE YOUR PLUS+CARD BEFORE USE

Once you receive your card it must be activated before use. Activate your Classic Plus+Card online by January 31, 2024 and you could win 1 of 4 ski trips for two - learn more.

HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS

Option 1 - Visit Guest Service (all locations): Show your activated Classic Plus+Card at any participating resort to redeem your free and discounted tickets.

Option 2 - Pre order tickets online (Lake Louise only):

1. Sign into your online account.
2. Click the “Discount Code” link from the main menu.
3. Enter the 10-digit number located on the back of your card and follow the instructions.
4. Once ordered, redeem your Lake Louise tickets quickly at one of our ticket pick up boxes by scanning the QR code in your email receipt (PDF). Alternatively, you can redeem your order at a ticket window or at Guest Services.
